Fast growing age demographics, sedentary lifestyle, increasing chronic diseases, shortage of medical facilities and huge costs for healthcare treatment have arisen the need ubiquitous as well inexpensive services. A part cost in providing is utilized frequent patient’s visits continual monitoring chronically ill patients. Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) has offered promising outcomes Quality Service (QoS) system. Nevertheless, it constrained with restricted battery power sensors, security privacy issues its complete adoption. Henceforth, security, energy efficiency to be addressed optimal solutions. The current work proposes an Optimized Energy Efficient Secure Routing Protocol (OEESR) that minimizes network congestion, provides secure data transmission selects most route network. performance OEESR protocol contrasted other state-of-art protocols. results show highly achieves 90% throughput 8.8% overall consumption. It having only 13% packet dropping rate respect power.
